This likely means the carrier has attempted delivery and/or attempted to make contact but were unsuccessful in delivering your order. After a predetermined amount of time has passed, the order is likely to be returned.
In order to resend the order, this will incur a return to sender fee in addition to postage to resend the order. Otherwise we can also offer store credit with the return to sender fee deducted. Please note the fee is set by the courier and not by us. The fee is $18.95.
As this can be an arduous process, we do recommend reaching out to the local carrier if you notice anything odd in the tracking updates.
Please note, we do not offer a refund for a return to sender if you have not picked up your parcel from the local office, or if your delivery address is incorrect.
